Welcome To The Olive Tree Spalding

Opened in August 2025, The Olive Tree is our idea of the perfect place to eat, drink, and unwind. Whether you are dropping in for a pint in the sunlit courtyard, enjoying a cosy date night in our upstairs dining room, or gathering with friends for a proper Sunday roast, we have crafted a welcoming venue for every occasion.

Brought to you by Chef Ben Howling and Front of House manager John, we blend years of international hospitality experience with a passion for exceptional, local service. Spalding deserves something different, and we are here to deliver it.
