A Warmer Welcome This Winter at The Olive Tree Spalding

Last winter, we heard you.

Some of our guests told us that The Olive Tree Spalding could be a little chilly, particularly during the colder months. We listened to that feedback, and rather than simply putting another jumper on, we decided to do something about it!

We’re delighted to introduce a fantastic new wood-burning stove, installed to make the restaurant a warmer, more comfortable and even cosier place to enjoy great food in Spalding this winter.

A Cosier Restaurant in Spalding

At The Olive Tree, we believe that a great dining experience is about more than just what's on the plate.

It’s about the food, the atmosphere, the service and how you feel when you walk through the door.

Our restaurant on Francis Street in Spalding is already designed to be a relaxed and welcoming place to eat, whether you're joining us for lunch, dinner, a date night, drinks with friends or a traditional Sunday roast.

Now, with our new wood-burning stove, we're making sure you can enjoy that experience in comfort throughout the colder months.

We Listened to Our Customers

We could have simply said, “It’s winter — it’s supposed to be cold!”

But that's not how we want to run The Olive Tree.

When our customers told us that the restaurant could be chilly last winter, we took the feedback seriously. We wanted to find a solution that would not only provide additional warmth but would also complement the character and atmosphere of the restaurant.

And we think we've achieved exactly that.

The new stove has become a real feature of the dining room, adding warmth and character while creating an even more inviting atmosphere for our guests.
